2028 Homebuyer Application Fees

Please note that the application fee is non-refundable. If you have 2 applicants applying for a house together, you must pay $33.00 for the application fee and if you have 1 applicant applying for the house alone, then you must pay $16.50. Note: online payments include an additional processing fee.

The application fee is used to cover the cost of pulling a credit report on every applicant.

Your application will not be considered "complete" without making this required payment. All incomplete applications will be denied and will not be reviewed by Habitat for Humanity FM's Family Selection Committee.
